Duration: 2 years Regular course

Fee Structure: As per Govt. of Punjab instructions from time to time.

 

Admission

  • Eligibility: (a) There will be no maximum/upper age limit for the admission. (b) The minimum educational requirement shall be the passing of Secondary certificate, +2 Class or Central Board education or a recognized equivalent public examination. Subjects of study equivalent to those prescribed Admission is subjected to satisfactory, medical examination report.

  • Admission Process: As per the Academic merit.

  • Reservation of Seats: As per Punjab Govt. policy.

 



General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Nursing admission in Punjab:- at "Guru Nanak Dev Institute of Nursing Education & Research" Punjab is a 3 years GNM diploma course. 
Minimum Eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2). Nursing is the art of taking care of sick people and midwifery is a profession that provides assistance to a mother during labor as well as pregnancy. Subjects studied under this diploma are Biological Science, Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, Fundamentals of Nursing and First Aid. There is a big scope of GNM nursing in this Universe.

Prerequisites: 10 + 2 from a recognized board.
Program Length: 3 years
